Travel and Accommodations
Where, When, How
Home Base
Home base for anything and everything wedding related is Nest Tulum. This is where we’ll have the welcome party, the wedding ceremony, and the after party. There are 15 rooms at Nest. These will be filled by the wedding party (bridesmaids, groomsmen, and their significant others). That being said, Namron Hospitality Group (owners of Nest Tulum and Nü Restaurant) also manages 4 other properties within walking distance of the wedding.
We recommend that all guests outside of the wedding party book their own accommodations nearby. Below we have outlined recommended accommodations at various price ranges. Please stay where you feel most comfortable - even if it’s somewhere that isn’t mentioned below.

Where to Stay
Hotels and Guesthouses
Recommended Locations
You can book these yourself online. If you would like to book a room block (if your party requires more than one room), you can contact Liam to connect you with the group bookings manager. All of this is first come first serve, and some of these hotels are very small (as small as 8 rooms). Places will get booked up. We recommend making your hotel reservations as soon as your feel comfortable.
*If you’re in the wedding party (or associated significant other of someone in the wedding party): ignore all of this.*
0.3 Kilometers from Nest
Directly Behind Nü
Overview: Radhoo is a beautiful hotel on the “jungle side” of the road. This means it isn’t directly on the beach. It does have a large pool, and a unique jungle aesthetic. This is the cheapest resort under Namron’s management.

Across the street from Nü
Overview: La Valise is the most luxurious hotel under Namron’s ownership, and is priced accordingly. It is on the beach and has a pool. Many of the rooms are built in private villa format.

Overview: Large multi-room homes on the beach. These are a great option for large groups, families traveling together, etc.

Diagonal from Nü
Overview: Xela is another beautiful hotel on the water with a pool. It’s rooms range from traditional hotel rooms to larger suites.

1 Kilometer from Nü
Overview: Casa Gitano was a venue we were considering for the wedding. It has the most affordable rooms of any hotel on this list, and has a super fun atmosphere. It’s a little farther from the venues, but it’s a great option.

Across the street from Nü
Overview: Encantada is the most budget friendly beach option within walking distance from Nest (and under Namron’s management).

0.4 Kilometes from Nü
Overview: Moroccan inspired resort on the beach, and right next to Nest. We don’t know much about it, but it looks super cool, it’s close by, and prices are mid-range compared to the other options.

When & Where to Arrive
Here’s what we’re doing.
When
Liam and Gracie will be arriving on Wednesday, May 27th and leaving on Monday, June 1st. We would love to hang out with as many of you as possible during the time we’re there. The majority of the wedding party will be arriving Thursday, May 28th and leaving on Sunday, May 31st. This is what we figure most people will do.
Where to Fly In
Tulum has a new airport! It is about 45 minutes from the hotel zone. We recommend booking a driver/airport transfer in advance. We will provide more information on booking airport transfers closer to the wedding date.
You can also fly into Cancun and book a driver / transfer to Tulum from there. This is what Gracie and I did when we visited in 2021. It is about 2 - 2.5 hours from Cancun to Tulum.
Don’t fly into or out of Cozumel. It requires a boat with a long line. You might miss your flight back.
Want More Structure?
We left a lot of this open ended, because we know that people have varying work schedules, budgets, and priorities. We don’t want anyone to be tied to one resort, one travel plan, or one experience in Tulum. We want you to be able to enjoy it, as we did when we went in 2021. That being said, we are more than happy to help you pick accommodations, contact hotels, and advise on travel. We have been to Tulum before, we’ve done a ton of research on venues, and we can give an educated take on any questions you have. Bottom line, we’re happy to help! Don’t hesitate to reach out.
